Booty Blaster

Seems like having a nice high, round booty is the right thing to have nowadays. I’m too cheap to ever buy mine so I have to actually workout instead. I figured I should show you how to achieve the same look and increase your overall health free of charge lol

 

1. Back leg lift
Start on all fours and kick one leg back at a time. Do 10 on each leg and repeat 3 times.

 

 

2. Criss cross legs
Start on all fours and take your right leg and bring it over to the left leg. Then bring your right leg back over to your side but never let your foot touch the ground (VERY IMPORTANT)! Do 7-10 on each leg and repeat 3 times.

 

 

3.Idk what to call these ?
Start on all fours and keep your knee tucked. Bring your right leg to the right of you making sure that knee is bent and bring it back in. Repeat on both legs. I won’t lie, these are hard to do so do at least 5-10 and repeat 2-3 times.

 

4. BUTT KICKS
Standing up you are going to basically do the same thing as the first picture, but you’re standing up. Make sure to kick your leg back as far as you possibly can and repeat. You will feel the burn baby! Do 15 on each leg and repeat 3 times.

 

There it is guys! These are the go to booty workouts that I do this all the time and my boyfriend definitely doesn’t complain haha Enjoy and tell me how it goes!!
